Does your organization have a High Performance work environment? 

To find out, quickly ask yourself how your environment rates on a scale of 1-10 in each of the areas listed below (with 1 being unacceptable, and 10 being exceptional). Simply put a number next to each statement. Add all your answers and check the scale provided at the bottom of the page to get a reading of where your organization or team stands.
 

• People generally feel valued and respected

• Things are systemic and not person dependent

• There is a strong understanding of internal and external customer/supplier relationships

• Diversity (in all of its forms, gender, race, age, style, etc.) is valued
