About Diversity Skills....
A reality of the world we live in today is that it is changing at an almost alarming rate. These changes have brought about tremendous opportunities and prospects for growth. At the same time they have significantly increased interaction among diverse people. This has in turn created a need for ever greater levels of cultural understanding and sensitivity in the workplace.
